Spiritually Loc’d is a trichology-infused salon where scalp wellness is a priority. Our approach extends beyond maintaining a hairstyle. Scalp health, hair integrity, and appropriate maintenance are incorporated into the standard of care provided at Spiritually Loc’d.

Spiritually Loc’d is not a traditional walk-in salon, and not every prospective client will be accepted for ongoing services. Services and recommendations are based on the individual needs of the hair and scalp, the services offered within our scope, and whether Spiritually Loc’d is the appropriate fit for the client’s needs.

Spiritually Loc’d reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to protect our clients, maintain the integrity of the business, and preserve the professional environment and standards of care provided.

CONSULTATIONS & CLIENT ELIGIBILITY

Consultations are required for all new clients before establishing ongoing services with Spiritually Loc’d unless otherwise specifically stated within the service description.

Existing clients who have not received services from Spiritually Loc’d within the previous 90 days are also required to complete a consultation before resuming maintenance or other applicable services.

Spiritually Loc’d is not servicing children at this time.

Completion of a consultation does not guarantee acceptance for services. Recommendations will be based on the condition of the hair and scalp, service needs, maintenance requirements, and whether the requested service is appropriate within Spiritually Loc’d’s scope of care.

SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

Clients are responsible for reviewing the full service description before booking.

Service descriptions include important information regarding eligibility, preparation, timing, requirements, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing. These requirements are followed as written to ensure the appropriate amount of time and resources are reserved for each appointment.

Booking a service confirms that you have reviewed and understand the description and requirements associated with that service.

SCALP WELLNESS & TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS

Scalp wellness is an essential part of the Spiritually Loc’d experience.

When scalp concerns are identified, a Scalp Therapy Session, Scalp Health Assessment, Trichology Scalp Discovery Session, or other appropriate care may be recommended or required before salon maintenance services continue.

Clients receiving scalp wellness or trichology care are expected to remain consistent with professional recommendations and applicable home-care instructions.

When recommended care is repeatedly declined or not followed, Spiritually Loc’d may determine that continuing services is no longer appropriate and may release the client from care.

SHAMPOO REQUIREMENT

Effective November 1, 2026, all salon appointments requiring hair maintenance will include a professional shampoo service.

Arriving pre-shampooed will no longer replace the salon shampoo service.

This standard allows Spiritually Loc’d to properly cleanse and assess the scalp and hair before maintenance begins and ensures that services are performed according to our professional standards.

Any additional scalp care required beyond the scheduled shampoo service may result in additional time and charges.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All listed prices are starting prices unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary based on appointment duration, density, new growth, condition of the hair and scalp, maintenance history, repairs, or additional services required.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the service description and pricing structure before booking and should be prepared to pay any remaining balance at the conclusion of the appointment.

Required deposits or prepayments must be submitted as directed to secure an appointment. Appointments are not held without the required payment.

All purchases, deposits, and prepaid services are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated within a specific service agreement or policy.

RESCHEDULING

One reschedule is permitted when requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

The new appointment must be scheduled within two weeks of the original appointment date to prevent forfeiture of the deposit.

Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.

Clients are responsible for contacting Spiritually Loc’d directly when a reschedule is required.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

At the 10-minute mark, the appointment is considered late and a $30 late fee will be added to the final balance.

If the late arrival prevents the scheduled service from being completed within the reserved appointment time, the appointment may need to be adjusted or canceled.

Arriving late does not extend the scheduled appointment time.

NO GUESTS

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

Guests are not permitted in the salon, treatment areas, or lobby unless prior approval has been provided by Spiritually Loc’d.

This policy allows us to maintain client privacy, minimize disruptions, and preserve the environment intended for scheduled clients.

SALON ETIQUETTE & PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Spiritually Loc’d is committed to maintaining a professional, peaceful, and respectful environment.

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully, limit unnecessary phone use during services, avoid profanity or disruptive behavior, and follow established salon procedures.

Service may be refused or discontinued when a client:

• Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Behaves in a threatening, inappropriate, or disruptive manner
• Repeatedly disrupts the professional environment or the experience of other clients
• Repeatedly fails to follow established booking, scheduling, payment, service, or salon policies
• Attempts to bypass or circumvent established booking or business procedures
• Creates circumstances that interfere with Spiritually Loc’d’s ability to provide services safely, professionally, or within established standards

HEALTH & SAFETY

Masks are optional unless otherwise required due to specific circumstances.

Please reschedule if you are experiencing a contagious illness or symptoms that may place others at risk.

Spiritually Loc’d may require an appointment to be rescheduled when proceeding with the service would create a health or safety concern.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By scheduling an appointment with Spiritually Loc’d, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the current salon policies, applicable service description, preparation requirements, and pricing structure.

Spiritually Loc’d policies and service requirements may be updated as the needs and professional standards of the business evolve.
